ビジネスアナリスト/ Business Analyst

A global IT company is looking for a Business Analyst. The selected candidate will gather requirements, manage stakeholders, support solution delivery, and advise clients on digital transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Map business processes, workflows, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Liaise between Japanese clients and global delivery teams
• Facilitate communication across business, project, architecture, development, and QA teams
• Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and support Agile delivery
• Support UAT planning, defect management, and solution sign-off
• Advise clients on digital transformation and technology-enabled improvements
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution workshops when required

Requirements:

• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
