ビジネスシステムアナリスト/ Business Systems Analyst

A renowned software development company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst I/II. The selected candidate will support system implementations, manage testing and issue resolution, coordinate client-facing activities, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support client system implementation projects and contribute to achieving project milestones
• Attend client meetings, document requirements, and recommend solutions to business challenges
• Track, manage, and resolve functional and technical issues throughout implementation and go-live phases
• Execute validation, testing, system configuration, and quality assurance activities
• Develop training materials, testing scripts, and project documentation for clients and internal teams
• Coordinate system support, integration activities, audit participation, and operational escalations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a life science, supply chain management, or information technology field
• More than 7 years of relevant system implementation experience in a related industry
• More than 3 years of experience in the clinical research field, particularly clinical supplies operations, RTSM/IRT services delivery and eClinical systems implementation
• Prior software implementation and testing experience required in clinical research or supply chain-related industry
• Proven project management experience
• Understanding of US FDA Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) GCP regulations, Electronic Records; Electronic Signatures regulation (21 CFR Part 11) and EU Annex 11

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with IRT/RTSM and clinical supplies forecasting/simulation tools
• Prior clinical supplies forecasting and management experience
• Proven experience working with agile development methodology
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
