ビジネスアナリスト/ Business Analyst

A global mobility technology company is seeking a Business Analyst. The selected candidate will translate business objectives into technical requirements and support the planning and execution of innovative projects. This is a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and system specifications
• Develop and maintain strategic plans and roadmaps aligned with organisational priorities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve and streamline business processes
• Support the planning, development, and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and align stakeholders
• Monitor progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Practical experience in planning, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration
• Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to business analysis
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant business intelligence tools
• Possess a valid MBA qualification is ideal
• Native level Japanese; business level English
