ビジネスアナリスト・プロジェクトマネージャー / Business Analyst/PM

A multinational financial services company is looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst for its Global Markets CRM division. The selected candidate will manage business requirements, oversee the development of a Salesforce-based CRM platform, and drive improvements to enhance client service.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements from Global Markets in Japan and AEJ
• Write Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) for CRM implementation
• Collaborate with Business Managers, Sales Representatives, and Research Assistants to propose new functions
• Design BRD/FSD considering business needs, UI/UX, database schema, and data feeds
• Manage the backlog, work with cross-functional teams, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 user support and escalate issues to the development team

Requirements:

• Practical experience in business analysis, design, and testing for application development projects
• Prior Salesforce experience
• Experience in JavaScript, Angular, and database schema design
• Expertise in SDLC and Agile development
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Background in financial institutions is ideal
• High interest in the Wholesale Business
• Possess a valid Salesforce certification preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
