ビジネスアナリスト/ Business Analyst

A global IT company is looking for a Business Analyst. The selected candidate will support drug safety operations and pharmacovigilance systems through consulting, application support, and process optimisation.

Responsibilities:

• Support drug safety operations and pharmacovigilance activities
• Provide functional support for pharmacovigilance systems and related modules
• Deliver on system configuration, validation, and data migration
• Lead workshops, pilots, and issue resolution initiatives
• Handle multiple system implementations simultaneously
• Share knowledge, monitor project progress, and support internal initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (science domain is ideal)
• 3-15 years of professional experience is preferred
• Experience in process mapping and design is desired
• Prior experience in current technologies and platforms including enterprise application
• Proven experience in direct drug safety system (Argus Safety, ARISg) is a plus
• Background in delivering enterprise software executions is advantageous
• Prior background in pharmaceutical setting (system validation or pharmacovigilance, or in drug safety departments
