シニアビジネスアナリスト/ Senior Business Analyst

An international IT consulting company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst. The selected candidate will analyse business processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, objectives, and processes through interviews, workshops, and surveys
• Analyse business data to identify trends and develop actionable insights and performance dashboards
• Evaluate and redesign business processes to improve operational efficiency and align with strategic goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of project requirements
• Design and support the implementation of IT solutions, including user acceptance testing and end-user training
• Document business requirements, process changes, system specifications, and maintain project documentation
• Support project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and reporting project status

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Prior work experience with cross-functional teams
• Experience in GuideWire
• Proficient in process mapping tools (Visio or Lucidchart)
• Basic knowledge of databases and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI) is a plus
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions
