BIパフォーマンスマネージャー/ BI Performance Manager

A global engineering and IT services company is seeking a Business Intelligence Performance Manager. The successful candidate will lead BI platform development, executive reporting, financial performance analysis, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage business data, analytics platforms, and data governance
• Develop dashboards and reports to support management decision-making
• Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Improve business applications and automate operational processes
• Establish and monitor company-wide KPIs and performance metrics
• Collaborate with business units to implement data-driven improvements

Requirements:

• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI
• Prior experience extracting and analysing data using SQL
• Proven experience designing KPIs or preparing management reporting
• Previous experience in project financial analysis or management accounting
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Experience in PMO
• Prior experience implementing and administering Kintone
• Prior experience implementing BI tools
• Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Proven experience with ERP implementation or transformation projects
• Previous experience managing EAC processes
• Previous experience working in a consulting firm
