販売データマネージャー/ Sales Data Manager

A leading luxury wines and spirits distributor is looking for a Manager, Sales Data. The selected candidate will oversee sales data systems, reporting, Salesforce administration, data governance, system improvements and business reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales reporting systems, dashboards and data accuracy across regions, channels, customers and SKUs
• Consolidate and standardise data from POS, market data and internal systems
• Oversee Salesforce administration, customer master data and segmentation
• Coordinate with Global and APAC teams to align local systems and data standards
• Identify system gaps and drive automation and reporting process improvements
• Lead, coach and develop a team of two while supporting Sales and Planning teams with reliable data and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 3 years in data systems, business intelligence, sales operations
• Experience managing BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Salesforce)
• Prior experience working with large datasets
• Proficient in MS Excel and BI tools
• Knowledge of data modeling and database
• Native level Japanese; business level English
