シニアソリューションエンジニア/ Senior Solution Engineer

An international education technology company is searching for a Senior Solution Engineer. The chosen applicant will be in charge of guiding prospective customers in their evaluation process of the company's learning platform.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Channel Account Managers and Channel Partners to manage complex and multi-stakeholder opportunities

• Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations that are simple but engaging
• Discover and analyse individual customer goals and pain points, and map those back into the appropriate Platform solutions
• Analyse and respond to technical requirements in RFIs/RFPs
• Understand and document customer requirements to support a successful evaluation, proof of concept, and implementation
• Be a lifelong learner and develop your skills continuously
• Partner closely with customer experience teams to ensure an amazing customer experience

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organisation
• Understanding of channel sales programs
• Technical understanding of education technology, web technology, systems integration, SaaS, student information systems, APIs, etc.
• Articulate and compelling presentation skills with the ability to present to a wide range of stakeholders, both virtually and face to face and in high-stakes scenarios
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
• Fluent level Japanese and English
