リニューアルスペシャリスト/ Renewals Specialist

An international digital experience solutions company is looking for a Renewals Specialist. The selected candidate will drive customer subscription retention, increase contract value, and ensure operational efficiency across APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage renewal contract opportunities, revenue, and renewal rates for assigned accounts
• Negotiate contract value and multi-year agreements directly with customers
• Ensure compliance with SLAs for subscription renewal processes
• Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success teams to retain active subscriptions
• Provide accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline reviews using Salesforce and other tools
• Independently assess problems and propose solutions for resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
• Practical experience in software sales, particularly subscription or licencing renewals
• Experience collaborating with finance, legal, and operations teams
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and GSuite
• Native level Japanese; business level English
