BDマネージャー/ BD Manager
A global software solutions company is looking for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive new license sales, manage renewals, and grow key accounts across Japan. This is a remote setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a national sales strategy for Japan
- Conduct meetings to sell software licenses to new customers
- Manage licence renewals and upsell opportunities with existing clients
- Conduct 3–5 business meetings weekly through Teams or in person
- Maintain accurate sales status in CRM and report to the VP of Revenue
- Coordinate with customers for contracts, orders, and invoicing
- Participate in marketing events such as conferences and exhibitions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in direct sales
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or software development company
- Experience selling to large aerospace & defence companies
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Business level written and verbal English
