シニアUIデザイナー/ Senior UI Designer

A global business solutions consulting firm is seeking a Senior UI Designer. The selected candidate will lead UI design initiatives across eCommerce, branding, and DX projects while mentoring junior designers and driving design excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead visual, UI, and interaction design while mentoring junior team members
• Own UI design quality and establish project guidelines aligned with requirements
• Define and maintain design standards to ensure consistent quality across deliverables
• Interpret project requirements and propose appropriate UI solutions
• Conduct UI reviews and guide the design and development process
• Collaborate with sales and present UI value in client-facing settings
• Design components based on existing UI elements
• Integrate engineering feedback and implementation perspectives into design
• Engage clients from the upstream phase to understand business goals

Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate with in-house engineers and incorporate implementation perspectives into design considerations
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
