CXデザイナー/ CX Designer

A leading consumer goods manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Designer. The selected candidate will lead customer-centric design projects, mentor designers, and drive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Promote customer-focused design practices across projects to meet business and user goals
• Develop and implement CX design strategies and mentor junior and mid-level designers
• Lead projects from ideation to execution while balancing business and customer needs
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and design quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft innovative client solutions
• Build strong client relationships and provide data-driven design recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in graphic design, business, marketing, UX Design, or a relevant domain
• Experience in CX design and strategy
• Prior experience in developing and executing interactive, customer experience-focused solutions across various industries
• Proven experience in commercial styling is ideal
• Skilled in showcase/event design, visual merchandising, print, 3D, and digital media
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Vector works (Cinema 4D is ideal)
• Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English
