UI/UXデザイナー/ UI/UX Designer

A renowned technology company is seeking a UI/UX Designer. The selected candidate will lead user-centric design efforts to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences for a global, multilingual audience. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product concepts and align with cross-functional stakeholders
• Analyse business rules and technical specifications to inform design
• Define and lead the design strategy, roadmap, and KPIs
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing teams
• Execute end-to-end design processes using tools like Figma
• Advocate for user needs and accessibility across all user levels
• Communicate design vision and ensure feasibility with engineering
• Ensure compliance with WCAG and internal standards
• Conduct and analyse user research to inform design improvements
• Mentor and guide junior designers

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in UI/UX and product design, with a strong portfolio of successful web and enterprise products
• More than 5 years of leadership experience
• Proven experience designing web and enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with System Usability Scale (SUS) KPIs
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS or analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau)
• Experience in multilingual design and inclusive UX
• Skilled in designing enterprise-grade products with shared workspaces and CRUD functionality
• Proficient in front-end technologies (TypeScript and React)
• Background in handling sensitive or proprietary data
• Proficient in Japanese and English
