ITインフラスペシャリスト/ IT Infrastructure Specialist

An international automotive company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Services Specialist. The successful candidate will lead IT infrastructure projects, manage security and audit compliance, oversee vendors and resources, and maintain infrastructure, disaster recovery and business continuity services.

Responsibilities:

• Create infrastructure standards and target architecture documentation
• Manage governance for infrastructure services and IT service management processes
• Manage IT resources including budgets, workloads and IT assets
• Review proposed project solutions against infrastructure standards
• Collaborate on infrastructure and security standards for IT infrastructure services
• Procure, prepare and optimise IT resources including hardware, software, services and vendors
• Support projects from an IT perspective to meet business requirements
• Maintain, manage and optimise infrastructure services including network, server, database and middleware operations
• Design and manage disaster recovery and business continuity services
• Manage and track vendors performing IT operations
• Manage IT infrastructure operations and supplier teams responsible for IT operations and help desk services
• Monitor service metrics, activities and issues to identify service improvements
• Build relationships with IT leaders and business executives to understand business needs
• Manage IT infrastructure projects including application environment updates, migrations, existing system enhancements and new system development
• Review requirements, plan projects and manage schedules and milestones
• Manage vendors and stakeholders throughout projects
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking
• Manage project governance, risks and issues
• Develop and execute infrastructure sourcing strategies for project and maintenance activities
• Manage QMS, ISMS and Group IT Audit activities to meet audit requirements
• Clarify short and medium-term actions based on target maturity requirements
• Standardise and maintain document content and quality, including creation, updates and finalisation
• Provide guidance to divisional stakeholders and check document quality
• Support the establishment of standard ways of working across technical teams
• Monitor IT process performance and recommend improvements to productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 10 years of experience including communication, consulting methods, IT security management, IT infrastructure architecture, IT service continuity management and stakeholder management
• Fluent level English; business level Japanese
