オペレーショナルインフラストラクチャソリューションスペシャリスト/ Ops Infra Specialist

A multinational hyperscale and colocation data centre provider is looking for an Operational Infrastructure Solutions Specialist. The selected candidate will manage the deployment, maintenance, security, performance, and continuous improvement of ICT/OT infrastructure across BMS, EPMS, data centre ICT, and security applications in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop ICT/OT infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technology objectives
• Gather and analyse technical requirements for infrastructure projects
• Monitor ICT/OT system health, performance, capacity, security, and operational risks
• Maintain resilient, patched, backed-up, and recoverable ICT/OT platforms
• Prepare and execute ICT/OT changes, implementation plans, rollback plans, and validation activities
• Participate in change approval and emergency change processes
• Respond to Severity 1, 2, and 3 ICT/OT incidents through the 24/7 on-call roster
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve ICT/OT incidents in line with defined SLAs
• Maintain ICT/OT configuration, asset, licensing, support, and lifecycle records
• Recommend and implement ICT/OT improvements with resource plans and timelines
• Manage MSP and vendor activities affecting ICT/OT infrastructure
• Manage OT-related service desk tickets and provide troubleshooting support to end-users
• Maintain critical tools and spare parts and track them through ITSM

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in ICT
• High level technical knowledge and expertise in the management of IT systems
• Understanding of Azure cloud services
• Excellent experience with industry-standard ITSM tools
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services
• Understanding of networking, including CISCO and Meraki
• Advanced networking skills, including experience in a multi-site SD-WAN environment
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Technologies 2016-2022
• Understanding of BMS and CCTV
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge and experience of VMware, NetApp, CISCO, Meraki, Palo Alto, and APIs
