資産運用マネージャー/Asset Manager/Director

An Asset Manager/Director role is now open in an energy company. The selected applicant will be responsible for managing reporting, contracts, cash flows, and communication with external and internal stakeholders, while collaborating with relevant divisions. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder/vendor relationships with external stakeholders (investors, lenders, outsourcing AM firms) and internal teams (Development, M&A, O&M, Finance, etc.), including dividend and loan management
• Manage budgets with stakeholders, including outsourcing AM firms and internal M&A, O&M, and Finance teams
• Review monthly cashflow/DSCR reports prepared by external AM firms
• Manage insurance and other matters on behalf of SPCs
• Manage payment instructions with Accounts Payable staff and outsourcing firms
• Manage contracts in coordination with Legal
• Handle METI registration for operating SPCs
• Communicate with landowners, if needed
• Respond to accounting and tax audit requests, mainly driven by Finance
• Support the CFO with ad-hoc and regular items
• Perform other commercial asset management tasks

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Asset Management in Operating SPCs
• Organisational and multitasking abilities
• High communication skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in renewable energy, real estate, or financial industry
