シニアアセットマネージャー/ Senior Asset Manager

A global real estate investment and development firm is looking for a DC Senior Asset Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for asset management activities across development-stage data center investments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage development-stage data center assets from an asset management perspective and contribute to investment projects
• Manage cash flows throughout the investment period, including capital-call planning against approved investment plans
• Support the establishment and onboarding of SPCs and other investment vehicles
• Coordinate investment execution activities and work with relevant stakeholders in Japan
• Prepare asset management reports and other investment-related reporting materials
• Maintain close communication with the Data Center Fund Management team in Singapore
• Manage relationships with JV partners and other external stakeholders
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with Construction, Finance, Accounting, Legal and other internal teams
• Manage communication, approvals and reporting with lending banks, trust banks, property managers and other service providers
• Oversee a small team while remaining hands-on with individual asset management responsibilities
• Support and mentor junior team members and act as a key point of consultation within the team

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in real estate funds, asset management, institutional investment, financial institutions, trust banks, accounting/advisory or real estate appraisal
• Experience relating to data center development, investment, asset management, or operations
• Advanced level MS Excel and analytical capabilities
• Strong understanding of investment/fund cash flows and asset-level management.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to work across multiple internal and external functions
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
