ファイナンシャルマネージャー/ Financial Manager

An international renewable energy investment company is looking for a Financial Manager. The selected candidate will structure and execute non-recourse project financings for offshore wind projects across APAC, assess project bankability, develop financing strategies, and lead financing processes through to financial close. This is a temp-to-perm direct contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and execute non-recourse project financings for offshore wind projects across the APAC region
• Assess project bankability including revenue support mechanisms, contractual frameworks, technology, operations, offtake arrangements, and financial assumptions
• Advise project and finance teams on lender requirements, financing constraints, risk allocation, and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop competitive and bankable financing solutions and aligned financing strategies
• Evaluate funding sources, lender approaches, ECA and multilateral participation, hedging, and rating considerations
• Lead project finance due diligence and manage external advisers
• Engage lenders and incorporate due diligence findings into financing structures and documentation
• Conduct lender market soundings to assess liquidity, market appetite, and financing structure viability
• Prepare and manage financing deliverables including information memoranda, due diligence packages, and financing term sheets
• Coordinate financing processes through to financial close
• Lead bank selection, lender Q&A, credit committee engagement, commitment letters, and allocation of bank roles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory, or infrastructure finance
• Experience within a bank, advisory firm, infrastructure developer, utility, investor, or corporate environment
• Strong financial modelling skills including DCF analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Passion for renewable energy and offshore wind
• Ability and willingness to travel as required
• Fluent level Japanese and English
