Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organisational goals and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a liaison between business units to enhance communication and collaboration
• Manage strategic initiatives, projects, and change management efforts to optimise processes
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity
• Develop performance reporting for key metrics and support financial planning, forecasting, and budget management
