リレーションシップマネージャー/ Relationship Manager

A multinational financial services company is looking for a Relationship Manager. The selected candidate will support financial and strategic goals by managing client relationships, handling credit applications, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process credit applications, including complex deals such as LBOs
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships with tailored financial solutions
• Monitor client creditworthiness and ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements
• Conduct detailed financial analysis of companies involved in LBO transactions, including debt structuring and cash flow modelling
• Complete additional assignments as directed by senior management

Requirements:

• Strong financial analysis skills with a focus on credit and LBO transactions
• Ability to build financial models and perform scenario analysis for leveraged finance deals
• Familiarity with credit processes and regulatory compliance standards in financial institutions
• Native level Japanese or Mandarin; professional level English
