A leading financial services company is looking for a Senior Client Service Representative. The selected candidate will provide day-to-day servicing for Japanese trust banks and asset managers, ensuring seamless client support and high satisfaction. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries and manage escalations effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritise client requests and issue resolution
• Review internal reports and escalate any identified issues
• Utilise internal technology to manage client inquiries efficiently
• Introduce clients to new technology, automation tools, and products
• Ensure compliance with established procedures, controls, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1-3 years of financial industry experience in client servicing
• Fund services knowledge preferred
• Ability to prioritise client needs and work in a collaborative environment
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English
