新卒研修担当/ Graduate Trainee

An international banking and financial services company is looking for a Graduate Trainee. The selected candidate will support financial reporting, planning, forecasting, controls, and process improvement initiatives. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Support financial reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting
• Assist with financial controls, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams
• Improve processes through automation and system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Support first line of defence responsibilities and risk controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, social Sciences, applied sciences, or a relevant domain (strong academic record is a plus)
• Understanding of finance, accounting, banking, or related disciplines gained through academic studies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of digital technologies and the effective use of AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and collaboration
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N2+); proficient in written and spoken English (CEFR C1 or above)
