リージョナルアイデンティティオペレーショナルリード/ Regional Identity Operational Lead

A financial services company is looking for a Regional Identity Operational Lead for Asia. The selected candidate will lead regional identity operations, oversee identity management systems, and drive service quality, security, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the regional identity operations team
• Oversee daily identity management systems and processes
• Coordinate with global teams to maintain consistent service delivery and best practices
• Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues
• Manage incident response and escalation for identity-related issues
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Translate business requirements into effective operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare operational reports and metrics for senior management
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in a team leadership role in technology
• Prior experience in Active Directory, ForgeRock, Ping, or related Identity technologies
• Proven performance management and team development experience
• Business level English (Japanese is a plus)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with either AD, LDAP, authentication protocols, and directory services and other Identity related systems or field
• Prior experience with Unix/Linux/Windows OS support (application installation, performance tuning and troubleshooting)
• Proven experience with Directory Services for deploying distributed LDAP service with global replication across multiple regions
• Knowledge of identity and access management principles
• Understanding of LDAP tools (ldapsearch, ldapadd commands and Apache Directory Studio and similar PowerShell tooling)
• Prior understanding of network technologies (Networking and Load balancing concepts, SSO concepts, Apache, Tomcat, Perl, Ansible)
• Skilled in PowerShell or Python
