プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

A multinational industrial technology manufacturer is looking for a Product Manager (Specialist) - Automotive BU. The selected candidate will lead product development, drive project execution, and support margin improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product innovation by analysing market trends, conducting architecture research, and engaging with customers
• Prioritise and align cross-functional resources for successful product development
• Lead GTM execution by coordinating internal teams and supporting SPEC-in with sales and engineering
• Manage pricing strategy in collaboration with the sales team
• Improve product margin through cost reduction and price control measures
• Support AP Product Management team with KPI tracking, project coordination, and best practice sharing

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of product management, sales, or engineering experience
• More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Proficient in presentation, Excel, and data analysis
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent level English and Japanese; Chinese is a plus
