事業開発マネージャー/ Business Development Manager

A global food processing and packaging company is looking for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop prospect account plans, lead sales activities, and support portfolio deployment. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Map relevant industries within the assigned territory and create prospecting plans
• Manage sales and customer relationships
• Lead sales activities with identified prospects in the assigned territory
• Manage customers during the start-up phase
• Drive portfolio deployment
• Provide market intelligence and portfolio requirements to MPM
• Generate new business opportunities and secure future business

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of experience in business development
• Proven track record of generating new business from suspects to prospects
• Understanding of local market, customer, and category mapping to identify opportunities
• Ability to assess and qualify opportunities with other functions such as TS and Processing
• Native level Japanese; business level English
