セールススペシャリスト/ Sales Specialist

A multinational industrial technology company is looking for a Sales Specialist. The chosen applicant will support revenue growth and customer value by providing technical and sales expertise for industrial automation products. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Guide portfolio selection, fit, and implementation
• Support opportunity management and deal closure by providing technical and commercial expertise
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and areas for portfolio growth/ expansion
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer success
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Technical Sales teams, acting as a trusted advisor to support portfolio selection, fit, and implementation
• Provide feedback to global teams based on market requirements and customer insight

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering and technology or science
• Technical knowledge in Industrial Automation systems and products (IPC as well as PLC, HMI, SCADA, etc.)
• Good communication skills with customers or business partners
• Stakeholder management skills
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
