クオリティマネージャー/ Quality Manager

A renowned international food manufacturer is looking for a Quality Manager. The selected candidate will oversee quality performance, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned factories. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate quality performance of products and services from assigned factories
• Drive continuous improvement programs and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance quality standards
• Lead regular quality reviews with factories and ensure performance aligns with market requirements
• Manage quality incidents, non-conformance cases, and rework processes following company protocols
• Minimise quality risks in new product launches and product changes through risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and global standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in food science, food technology, a related scientific field, or a technical discipline
• More than 2 years of experience in a similar role in FMCG company
• Experience within an R&D or Q&FS
• Prior experience in auditing of QMS
• Background in science
• Understanding of HACCP
• Proficient in English and Japanese
