製造エンジニア/ Manufacturing Engineer

An international industrial technology company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer. The selected candidate will develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, support new product introductions, resolve production challenges, and drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and cost performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes
• Support new product introductions and resolve production challenges
• Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Improve manufacturing quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes
• Apply root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions to address manufacturing issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global and multicultural environment
• Support the delivery of innovative and reliable manufacturing solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or process engineering
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to analyse and optimise manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global and multicultural environment
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in industrial equipment or high-precision manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing data analysis, and technical documentation
