製造エンジニア/ Manufacturing Engineer

A multinational technology company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer & Manufacturing Planner. The selected candidate will manage production planning, capacity, scheduling, and manufacturing performance while driving continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage production planning data, work orders, priorities, capacity constraints, and execution monitoring
• Maintain MRP parameters and release production work orders according to production plans
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to prioritise materials and resolve supply-demand imbalances
• Monitor production schedules, identify delays, and take corrective action to maintain delivery targets
• Prepare shortage, backlog, capacity, and production performance reports for management
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce waste, shorten lead times, lower costs, and improve manufacturing processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain management, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, business administration, operations management, or a relevant domain
• More than 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain, operations, or a related domain
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and production scheduling processes
• Prior experience coordinating with production, procurement, and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
• Proven experience managing production priorities, shortages, and backlog situations
• Understanding of capacity planning, inventory management, and manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Business level written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or high-precision production environments
