車両バリデーション・解析エンジニア/ Vehicle Validation and Analysis Engineer

A renowned automotive manufacturer is looking for a Vehicle Validation and Analysis Engineer. The selected candidate will lead whole vehicle testing, diagnose technical issues, and support validation programmes across vehicle functions and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing, evaluation, and validation of vehicle functions, systems, and interactions following new introductions and updates
• Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate vehicle validation activities and special testing programmes
• Assess market-specific issues using customer insights and local testing conditions to determine appropriate escalation
• Manage test driver qualification, training, competency, and compliance with applicable testing standards
• Monitor testing issues, provide technical recommendations, and support continuous improvements to testing standards, facilities, equipment, and infrastructure

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Understanding of whole-vehicle systems, functions, and vehicle architectures
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
