FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global creative and marketing agency is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and commercial decision support across client portfolios and business areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts across client portfolios and capability areas
• Develop driver-based financial models, revenue projections, and scenario analyses using sales and project pipeline data
• Own monthly management reporting and analyse performance against budget, forecast, and prior year
• Analyse client profitability, project margins, revenue, costs, cash flow, and operational KPIs to provide actionable insights
• Partner with Commercial and Business Front Teams on pricing, scope changes, client reviews, and profitability improvement
• Build financial models and business cases for investments, resource allocation, strategic account growth, and cash flow planning

Requirements:

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a finance business-partnering role
• Prior experience in leading and developing a direct team
• Proven experience in gathering, consolidating, and modelling sales pipeline and resource data directly from front-line business/sales teams
• Previous experience assessing client, project, or account-level profitability, preferably within a client-servicing, agency, consulting, or professional services environment
• Background in managing annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and management accounting cycles
• Prior background working with dedicated Commercial/Pricing teams and cross-functional business leads
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience managing a team of 3 direct reports
