主任アナリスト/ Lead Analyst

A global consumer goods organisation is looking for a Lead Analyst, FP&A. The selected candidate will provide financial analysis, forecasting and business partnering support to drive performance and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data and business performance to identify key trends and drivers
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports to support business planning
• Investigate variances and provide insights into financial performance
• Partner with business teams to evaluate plans, spending and performance
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making
• Identify potential risks and opportunities across business activities
• Support the development and improvement of financial reporting tools and processes
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial information
• Ensure financial activities align with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance or a relevant domain
• More than 7 years of professional experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge of general financial principles, accounting and working
  knowledge of GAAP, and how to apply these principles
• Possess valid CFA Project management Professional
• Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1); professional level English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid CPA qualification
