財務部長/ Finance Director

A global human resources company is looking for a Finance Director. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and strategic financial analysis across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes
• Monitor business performance through KPI and variance analysis
• Support executive decision-making through financial insights and scenario analysis
• Drive process improvements across FP&A and management reporting
• Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives and investment planning
• Develop and lead high-performing FP&A team members
• Collaborate with international finance, accounting, and treasury teams

Requirements:

• Commercially minded finance professional with strong FP&A expertise
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
