FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and commercial finance activities to support business performance and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee business planning, monthly forecasting, and strategic planning processes
• Offer financial insights on budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and business opportunities
• Manage month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Identify and implement local governance and track financial and non-financial KPIs
• Partner with commercial teams on revenue, profitability, and marketing ROI initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of relevant work experience in finance within a multi-national company
• Background in accounting
• Prior background in financial planning and reporting processes

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid US GAAP qualification
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
