財務アナリスト/ Financial Analyst

A global software company is looking for a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will provide financial analysis and insights across planning, forecasting, reporting, financial modelling, and business initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial insights to support business planning and strategic decisions
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, performance reports, and operational metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and budgeting
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and investment evaluations
• Analyse inventory, related costs, financial risks, and business performance
• Support financial reporting, internal controls, treasury activities, master data, and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in a finance of retail or wholesales business channel
• Prior experience in a quantitatively heavy role with a strong sense of responsibility
• Understanding of data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulation
• Professional level Japanese; proficient n English
