FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A multinational space technology company is seeking an FP&A Manager. The successful candidate will lead financial analysis, support budgeting and closing processes, develop financial models, and contribute to strategic projects and process improvements. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead variance analyses on non-GAAP actual financials, including project profitability and consolidated or entity KPIs
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparation of reporting packages
• Support group-wide budgeting and cash generation initiatives
• Develop financial models to support business needs and strategic projects
• Work with the FP&A Infrastructure team to maximise the utility of the ERP platform
• Collaborate with entities, departments, business units, and OCFO teams to support analysis and process improvements
• Monitor department workstreams and develop more efficient procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of relevant FP&A experience
• Excellent financial modelling skills in MS Excel
• Solid understanding of IFRS and J-GAAP accounting
• Business level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working for a global organisation
• Experience working for the head office of a global organisation
• Possess a valid CPA qualification
