FP&A・経理マネージャー/ FP&A and Accounting Manager

An international fashion and apparel company is seeking an FP&A and Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will manage accounting operations, including auditing, cash flow, and compliance, while coordinating with outsourcing partners. This is a hybrid setup and contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Audit financial documents and procedures
• Reconcile balance sheet items
• Manage accruals and short-term cash flow (up to 3 months)
• Analyse employee expenditures
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Manage income and expenditure accounts
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Coordinate with outsourcing companies

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of accounting experience in a fast-moving commercial setting
• Proven experience as an Accountant
• Experience in general ledger functions
• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations and GAAP preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent prioritisation skills, balancing urgent and relevant tasks
• Professional level Japanese and English
