シニア給与計算担当/ Payroll Senior Associate

A multinational fashion company is looking for a Senior Associate, Payroll. The selected candidate will manage Japan payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing, statutory compliance, and coordination with payroll vendors and finance.

• Coordinate statutory filings and payments covering income tax, resident tax, social insurance, labour insurance and year-end tax adjustments
• Maintain payroll records, documentation and audit trails in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Support internal and external audits and provide payroll assistance for additional APAC countries as the role expands

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, human resources, business administration, or a relevant domain is a plus
• More than 8 years of payroll administration experience (Japan payroll for multinational companies)
• Experience managing outsourced payroll vendors
• Understanding of Japan payroll legislation, labor laws, tax regulations, social insurance, labor insurance, and year-end tax adjustment
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese; business level written and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in payroll administration
• Prior experience with payroll systems (Workday, SAP, Jobcan)
