財務・経理マネージャー/ Finance Accounting Manager

An international consumer goods company is looking for a Finance Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee accounting operations, tax compliance, financial reporting, treasury, internal controls, and global finance projects. This is a hybrid and a flexi-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the month-end closing process
• Prepare tax returns and support tax-related activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliation and treasury activities
• Manage financial and regulatory reporting requirements
• Oversee transfer pricing and physical inventory activities
• Manage team performance and development
• Support global finance projects and ad hoc initiatives

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in finance, economy, or accounting
• More than 5 years of experience in finance or accounting in an international company
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Skilled in Google Sheets
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior SAP experience
