FP&Aシニアマネージャー/ FP&A Senior Manager

A multinational medical technology company is looking for an FP&A Senior Manager. The selected candidate will provide strategic financial insights, lead the FP&A team, strengthen business partnering, drive planning and process improvements, and support decision-making across local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary finance business partner to Commercial and Leadership teams, providing financial insights and recommendations to support growth and profitability
• Participate in business discussions and decision-making on opportunities, risks, investments, and resource allocation
• Support business strategy through financial analysis, market insights, and performance evaluation
• Lead value-creation initiatives and special projects including ROI analysis, portfolio optimisation, pricing evaluations, and productivity improvements
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly and monthly forecasting, and Long-Range Planning processes
• Oversee headcount planning, operating expense management, capital expenditure planning, and investment tracking
• Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights to local, regional, and corporate leadership
• Present financial results, forecasts, and business recommendations to leadership teams in collaboration with the Finance Director
• Analyse business performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance
• Support month-end close activities through financial analysis and management reporting
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems and promote data-driven decision-making
• Lead FP&A Centre of Excellence initiatives and promote best practices through cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related finance functions
• More than 5 years of experience in people management
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance management
• Experience partnering with commercial organisations and senior leadership teams to provide financial insights and manage financial performance
• Experience creating financial presentations for senior management
• Experience developing financial models for business decisions, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Experience in multinational organisations, preferably with inventory-based businesses
• Strong understanding of the local contact lens market and business structure
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for management presentations
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial controls, including US GAAP and SOX
• Advanced level Japanese and English
