FNCスペシャリスト/ FNC Specialist

A global energy technology company is looking for an FNC Specialist. The selected candidate will manage financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, tax compliance, payment approvals, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and invoices and process payment approvals in line with company procedures
• Complete monthly bookkeeping and bank balance reconciliations and support audits as needed
• Prepare the annual budget and conduct monthly budget analysis
• Maintain financial records in accordance with local tax regulations and company policies
• Manage monthly consumption tax input and annual consumption tax refund processes
• Review tax declarations, ensure timely tax payments, and support tax audits and related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or related domain
• More than 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English and Chinese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in SAP
