経理マネージャー/シニア経理担当/ Accounting Manager/Sr. Accountant

A multinational automotive cybersecurity company is looking for an Accounting Manager/Senior Accountant (Stand-alone). The selected candidate will manage financial accounting and reporting, group consolidation, compliance and internal controls, tax and treasury activities, and coordinate with regional and overseas subsidiaries. This is a haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Lead group consolidation and coordinate with regional and overseas subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of general ledger activities and balance sheet reconciliations, resolving outstanding items promptly
• Analyse financial results and provide explanations of significant variances
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies
• Support internal and external audits and address audit findings while monitoring changes in accounting regulations
• Coordinate corporate tax filings and indirect tax compliance with tax advisors and regulatory authorities
• Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting and working capital management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting
• Hands-on experience in group consolidation and consolidated financial reporting within a multinational organisation
• Experience preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with financial reporting and consolidation tools
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in multinational corporations and/or public accounting firms
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics
• Possess a valid CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification
