ファイナンススペシャリスト/ Finance Specialist

A leading live entertainment and technology company is looking for a Finance Specialist. The selected candidate will support accounting, tax, treasury, billing, invoicing, financial control, and coordination across different Finance functions. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounting management, supervision, and tax submissions
• Support the preparation of annual accounts and other tax and legal matters
• Manage payments, accounts, suppliers, and customers
• Manage and control invoicing and electronic invoicing systems and expenses
• Manage and control treasury activities
• Supervise the correctness of invoices
• Review figures, tax rates, and tax amounts across different jurisdictions
• Support financial departments across the company
• Identify and resolve existing tax-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, finance, accounting, or similar
• More than 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in accounting and taxation acquired in a law firm, management company, or similar role
• Experience managing a very high volume of invoicing
• Knowledge of business administration and labour legislation within Japan
• Experience using accounting and invoicing management programmes
• Must be based in Japan
• Fluent level Japanese; high level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in international financial matters
• Familiarity with other jurisdictions
