シニアファイナンスマネージャー/ Senior Finance Manager

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis while driving strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term budgets and performance guidelines for the plant
• Oversee cost analysis, budget variance, and financial reporting projects
• Collaborate with APAC Finance Controller and local management on financial planning
• Deliver accurate financial insights to guide business leaders
• Lead the finance team supporting two manufacturing plants
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and corporate reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accountancy
• Experience in manufacturing setting
• Understanding of Japanese GAAP, US GAAP, and local tax
• Familiarity with Oracle and Hyperion is ideal
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese and English
