ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A renowned heavy equipment manufacturer is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee finance operations while supporting HR and administrative functions. This is a haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Approve vendor payments and payroll processing
• Prepare financial reports for consolidation with the parent company
• Coordinate with HQ Finance team and manage expat tax matters
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy implementation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and liaise with legal advisors
• Manage reporting obligations, internal controls, and office purchases

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of management experience
• Experience in system implementation project/compliance project is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English
