ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A global logistics company is seeking a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, compliance, reporting, and internal controls to ensure business integrity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage corporate plans, budgets, and variance analysis with management and UK finance teams
• Generate financial statements and monthly reports for local and UK management
• Oversee financial records, fiscal controls, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Manage daily cash flow, forecast requirements, and oversee bank account administration
• Supervise and develop an assistant responsible for financial administration
• Manage payroll operations with third-party providers, ensuring accurate data and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting and finance is ideal
• 5-7 years of professional experience
• Experience in accounting
• Prior experience in SAP is a plus
• Understanding of finance and accounting
• Knowledge of Japan GAAP, statutory reporting and internal control assessments
• Familiarity in Japan tax and other relevant commercial laws
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Fluent level English and Japanese
