シニアアナリスト/ Senior Analyst

A global fashion company is looking for a Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will oversee budget preparation and monitoring, financial reporting, profitability analysis and internal controls in coordination with regional headquarters. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate annual budget preparation and support department managers with budget planning
• Analyse business, economic and retail market trends to support strategic planning
• Monitor departmental budgets, expenses, CAPEX and purchase order approvals
• Analyse inventory, gross margins, profitability and actual versus budget or forecast results
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and financial reports for management and headquarters
• Conduct monthly closing analysis, store investment reviews, operational audits and internal control monitoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of experience in business planning and control in multinational company
• Excellent PC skills
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in retail business
• Experience in SAP
