営業コーディネーター/ Sales Coordinator

A multinational financial technology company is seeking a Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will coordinate partner onboarding, contracts, training, sales administration and reporting while improving processes to support channel growth.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate reseller onboarding, including documentation, training and launch readiness
• Prepare and track contracts, partner records and sales administration
• Provide partners with the information and support needed to start selling
• Collaborate with sales, operations and other teams to resolve partner queries and remove obstacles
• Maintain accurate partner activity records, next steps and reports
• Identify gaps in the partner experience and improve workflows as the channel grows

Requirements:

• Experience in sales coordination, partner operations, sales support or a related role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive and resourceful approach to working in an evolving environment
• Interest in developing a reseller programme and pursuing a career in channel sales
• Fluent level Japanese and English
