カスタマーサービスアシスタントマネージャー/ Customer Service Assistant Manager

A renowned international company in the consumer goods industry is looking for a Customer Service Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will oversee team operations, improve business processes, and ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily team operations, coordinate with international stakeholders, and monitor service performance
• Develop and standardise operational processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance
• Monitor performance indicators, identify improvement areas, and coordinate with relevant business partners
• Resolve operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
• Support business system enhancements, automation, and process testing
• Develop team capabilities, maintain documentation, and promote continuous improvement

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of customer service and order management experience
• More than 3 years of SAP experience as a key user
• Experience managing an offshore, shared service, BPO team (e.g., One Source) or remote, cross-cultural teams, including SLA / KPI management
• Background in team lead or supervisory role
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English (TOEIC 750+ is a plus)
